Payment Options

50% down with signing of contract. Balance to be paid to speaker 2 weeks before event.

If bill is paid within two weeks, a 10% corporate discount will be deducted from entire bill - excluding: hotel, travel and shipping expenses

Travel Expenses

Option 1: All normal travel, shipping, and hotel expenses paid direct by client.

Option 2: Turnkey Client makes reservation and pays for sleeping room at site only. No meals, refreshments or phone calls charged to the room. Speaker purchases airline tickets, schedules own travel and pays all misc. expenses. Turnkey Amount based on event location.
